INTRODUCTION
After graduating from my Bachelors of Creative industries, I knew that I wanted to continue my studies and focus further into animation industry.
How was is made? What was the behind the scenes process? And how did board artists know what method to use to transfer script into animation?

And so, began my honours research degree into the potential creative process for storyboarding 2D animation using continuity editing.

SYMPOSIUM
The symposium was a half-day of research presentations, indie game presentations and an industry panel featuring local independent game developers. It was hosted and run by the Bachelor of Creative Industries (Honours) game cohort and by J. Carter.

It was my cohort's chance to introduce our research and gain industry peer feedback before beginning our journey.

I was also given the honour of designing the promotional material for the event.

DESIGN CONFERENCE
Once our research was completed, reviewed by peers and academics of various creative fields, it was time to present them.

The 2021 Experimental Game Design Conference was held where honours research students could present, be questioned and discuss in depth of their research.

It was an amazing day and a great accumulation of everything we worked towards.
